How To Order

After you have chosen your design, click on this link or the link at the bottom of this page
to go to the Booking and Order Form. This will open in a new window.


Fill in your contact details and all the details of your wedding.
The more information you give me, the closer I can get to the design you require.
Before filling in your form, make a note of the design codes and typestyles you have chosen.
You can have all your Wedding Stationery matching one code if you wish.
Tick the box on the order form requesting Matching Stationery and I will design 
each item to match the code you have chosen.

Enter the code you have chosen in the code box, then below, enter the quantities of each item you require.

You will receive a proof of each item before printing.

You can also order different codes and quantities in the boxes provided.


You can pay the total of your order straight away.

Alternatively, you can pay a 50 deposit. (This will be deducted from your order total). 
The remainder must be paid on receipt of your proofs.
You will then receive a proof of your design. Please check it carefully.
Please check it carefully and let me know any mistakes or changes.  It is your responsibility to check for errors.
If you need to make any changes, send your proof back to me with any changes clearly marked.
Changes made after printing has started WILL be charged for.

You will then receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

Please make payment within One Week.

You can pay by Automatic Bank Transfer - Paypal - Credit / Debit card (through Paypal).

Payments must be made in sterling. Payments in any other currency will be accepted, but are subject to a 15 bank surcharge per transaction.

Your Wedding Stationery will be sent to you within 3 weeks.

If you need your stationery urgently please state on the form the date you require them. I will do my best to get them to you.

Proofs are sent by 1st class post  ~  Wedding Orders are sent by Special Delivery or Courier.

Posting Your Invitations
As many of my wedding invitations have bows, buckles or embellishments on them, most will require a Large Letter stamp to post them, not a standard 1st class.
This applies to all booklet and pocket styles, and many folded designs, and is due to the thickness of the invite, not the weight.
Please check with your post office before posting, as the incorrect postage will mean that invites are not delivered, and your guests will have to pay a fine when collecting them from their local depot.
It is your responsibility to check the postage before sending them out.
