- Terms and Conditions

1. Your contact details and all the details of your wedding will
not be passed or sold on to any third party.

- 2. You will receive a proof of each item before printing.
- Please check it carefully and let me know any
mistakes or changes. It is your responsibility to check for errors.
- Changes made after printing has started WILL be
charged for.

- 3. A booking form (online or by post) and deposit or full payment MUST be
received before work will begin.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

- 4. The balance must be paid before your wedding stationery will be
posted, or on collection.

- 5. You can pay by Cheque - Automatic Bank Transfer -
Paypal -
Credit / Debit card (through Paypal, Paypal account
not required).

- 6. Payments must be made in £ sterling.
- Payments in any other currency will be accepted,
but are subject to a £10 bank surcharge per transaction

- 7. Your Wedding Stationery will be sent to you within 3 weeks unless
otherwise arranged.

- 8. Proofs are sent by 1st class post.
- Wedding Orders are sent by Special Delivery or
Courier and will need to be signed for.

Stationery.
- These may not be reproduced without written
permission from Brambles.

- 10. To attempt to keep
shipping costs from being even higher, I use recycled boxes
where available.
